Fine Art - Figure Studies - Body Beautiful

As far as I'm concerned the 'art' in these photos is all about the beauty of the subjects... my wonderful friends (including clients, models, Moms, office help and photo assistants!) that I owe so much to:

...that put their trust in me when they abandon all the physical and psychological advantages we use clothing for,

...that have the courage to defy custom and set themselves apart from the stupid, silly conventions of our society to create something beautiful,

...that celebrate Truth & Beauty in one of it's purest forms.

These photos are my sincerest form of appreciation. Thank-you!

Gone are the days when I could be accused of using my photography as an excuse to get girls naked. As my nephew first pointed out, this is certifiably Art!!! After numerous art awards and publication in art books and a couple of art shows, I've been vindicated for all my hard work and dedication. HAH... take that oh ye of little faith.

;')

That said though, I have to agree with e.e. cummings where he says;

a pretty girl who naked is
is worth a million statues

As far as being creative, it seems that if you just think about something long enough (like I like to think about my models and photography) that you inevitably get ideas. That and a willingness to experiment (some experiments are more successful than others of course) seem to usually produce something interesting.

The human body is truly awesome creation, endlessly fascinating. Of course, because the subjects are people they're even more interesting, having as they do that extra dimension of sexuality for the viewer. That's OK... that's natural! It's really just a matter of keeping it in perspective.
